Reflection

Creating this piece involved reflection for myself, which in other words, was attempts to unlock old emotions and memories tied to the theme/issue at hand. I started off by journaling about how I felt on the issue that enabled me to develop a narrative to hold as the script for my film. The narrative would highlight urgency and hope in telling my insights on climate change. Whilst doing so, scripting and undergoing production (recording footage, editing, etc.), I deepened a lesson on understanding the importance of strength and determination to continue efforts like advocating for protecting our planet. It also reminded me the meaning of community, as I have been collectively engaged with my school's environmental conservation club that pushes for awareness and choices that support our green blue world.
