Reflection

This artwork is a representation of global warming in action. Through research, I learned more about the harmful effects of global warming on the environment. I learned that certain animals are struggling to survive in their environments with fewer glaciers and land ice in addition to an increase in seawater. I attempted to display my love for certain sea animals and the loss of habitat created through global warming and its lasting impact. The goal of this artwork was to display the plight of sea animals who are affected by these melting glaciers. My goals as an artist is to inspire and educate others about this major issue. This artwork helps me to inspire others by providing visual evidence of what is happening in the arctic through a common passion for animals.
