Reflection
Reflection

I feel that this art piece resembles real-world problems as we watch/see a paradise online, avoiding what's happening right now, as there are problems arising, such as global warming, wars, and with cities sinking and burning, I believe we need to take action soon before it's too late to reverse these world-wide problems. Being creative makes me feel satisfied, as I feel it is better to create original art than to copy someone. I chose my medium (digital art) because I think the compared to traditional art, digital art has always made it feel easier for me to bring my ideas to life. As I was exploring ideas for the Ocean Awareness Contest, I felt more connected to the world as I felt this piece reflected other people's environments as well as mine and maybe even some people's perspectives of the world.
