Reflection

My work is a satirical take on magazine spreads that advertise cars to the consumer with flashy and fun graphics. My project showcases the negative effects that gas-guzzling trucks have on the environment. Instead of the truck driving through a backdrop of the great outdoors or through city streets, I instead added a backdrop of a fossil fuel factory pouring out smoke into the environment. My hope is that this will inspire people to do their own research on the effects that cars have on the environment and to find practical solutions that fit their lifestyle.
