Reflection

The rising sea level is not new to us; it’s a phenomenon that’s been happening for centuries. It hasn’t stopped, and it isn’t going to anytime soon. It’s time to think not only about ourselves, but also about society as a whole. This short film is my message to the community surrounding us: time is ticking. The story takes place in the main character’s dream, forecasting a possible future where the cities of Portugal have fallen victim under extreme weather conditions. In order for us to preserve our current environment for future generations and wildlife, we have to focus on the smallest things first. From recycling to planting trees, every action counts for something.
