Reflection
Being creative makes me feel like I can create things that a lot of other people didn’t really think of. Creativity impacts me to imagine what I expect the reality to be and the world I want to be in. Through this contest theme, ‘connections to nature: looking inside, going outside’, I got to imagine things outside of the box and how I want others to take off deeply through my art work. This contest helped me and learn the large amount of people who experiences difficulty and mostly impacted through our own consequences. And I think that’s how I came up with my piece. I wanted to bring the idea of the aftermath of how people live in and their environment that they are surrounded with. I chose digital art because it was something new. I wanted to engage this contest with this device, so not only do I get comfortable but learning how improve by starting big with this digital pen. What inspired my work and creative process were through my other art piece that signifies using our heart as the main subject. As well as many support from my parents that kept me going with my creative process. My message to viewers to my art work is to always remember that not only are your actions impacting yourself but to others. To make a beautiful environment, it’s always about changing your surroundings into a great momentum.
