Reflection

“Found” is a 2-minute stop-motion short film about a family of birds (mother and baby) searching for their lost husband/dad. My way of showing humor is by having the family create a funny fake version of their husband/dad out of trash the ocean brings to shore. I wanted to show the audience how plastic is taking over our oceans in a humorous manner. After looking into the plastic pollution crisis, I’ve learned that thousands of sea creatures and birds are constantly consuming plastics around the world. It’s upsetting seeing our beloved beaches and sea animals suffer from our mistakes.
