Reflection
I chose to build a sculpture of a coin because I wanted to show how terrible the environment and ocean environment in my country are, and how our country can help other countries join together and make Earth a better place. The reason why I made a giant coin is because it would be very hard to flip a coin if it were the size of a building, but if people join together, then change can be made. On one side of the coin, there is Sacagawea with a face mask to represent how the environment of Earth has a great amount of air pollution from the decisions we humans make, which is causing climate change and leading to rising sea levels. There are people in this world who have experienced terrible floods due to climate change. There is a plastic bag over Sacagawea's body to represent the oceans being filled with many plastic objects.
