Reflection
Did you know that only 0.5 percent of water on Earth is useable and available freshwater, and climate change is dangerously affecting that supply? The issue of plastic pollution is simply not limited to being a national issue, but also a worldwide issue that leads to global warming. Our world is severely impacted by the plastic pollution of oceans and seas, and the problems behind the pollution of water are ignominious. In response to the pressing issue of ocean pollution, I composed a song to raise awareness. At first, I composed the song on the piano, but I soon realized that the guitar's sound better captured the message I wanted to express. With the help of my music teacher, who covered the guitar track, I was able to create a richer piece. I recorded my vocals in Logic Pro then shot a video of me singing the song. Through this song, I aim to inspire others to take action and join the fight against plastic pollution.
