Reflection

Climate change is affecting not only our natural environment, but our manmade one as well. I think that is the funny thing about climate change—we forget that our natural world and the one that we have built are interconnected. We see these as separate, but we rely on nature for all of our resources. Whether that be clean water or food, we depend on these things to survive. In my video, I wanted to show the connection I feel with nature, specifically our ocean and why it is so important for us to preserve its beauty. Not only is our manmade world connected to nature, but we are innately connected as well. I feel we owe it to our oceans to protect them for the sole reason that we exist together.
