Reflection

This artwork was inspired by the painting "Liberty Leading the People" by Eugène Delacroix. In my work, the ocean animals behave the same as human beings. Rising sea levels and catastrophic weather caused by human activities have put the living environment for ocean animals in danger. I urge that environmental protection is a shared responsibility for both animals and human beings because the earth is not just ours, but also theirs. In my mind, ocean animals themselves are climate heroes thanks to their resilience and kindness. For that reason, we should absolutely hold deep respect for them.
