The apartment complexes and all the construction sites made me realize that our natural spaces are rapidly disappearing. I began to imagine what our world would look like if we reverse the process and replace a piece of our modern world back into a space for nature. I was inspired by the way nature clears my mind of stress and complexity into a peaceful state. Whenever I felt overwhelmed, a walk in my local park, listening to the birds chirp and trees blossom, helped me reset, and I wanted to share that sense of peace through this artwork. My message to viewers is that change does not have to be huge or sudden, but it can come from small acts. I
