Reflection
We were inspired to create our film after we realized how these days it rarely snowed where we lived. We knew that unless we changed our way of living, the weather would continue to get hotter and hotter. We also found out that ice was melting and ocean levels were threatening to drown major coastal areas. As we worked on our film, we began to realize the effects our actions have on our oceans. We felt guilty and remorseful when we discovered how directly our actions affect the oceans. As we dove deeper into the subject, we learned that we can change things for the better. Using our film, we hope to connect with our viewers by providing a new understanding of how fragile our world really is. If we start reducing our everyday use of fossil fuel-based technology, our world will be saved from the exponential growth of damage from global warming.
