Creating my piece, "Sea of future consequences," I tried to convey the importance of the planet, and more specifically, of our seas. The pollution level is highly dangerous for animals and humans. Many people think that sea pollution does not affect us, but in fact, it does. In my case I have become vegan after reading about the problem, but those who eat fish regularly are eating plastic too. If we want to save the planet, preserve biodiversity, and reduce the impact of climatic change, we must be aware of how bad we are doing some things that we must change as soon as possible. In "Sea of future consequences" appears a girl, which is the "cause" because she represents humans, and three marine animals that represents the "consequences," because they are suffering. I also wanted to add plastic objects, and in the future if we do not change anything, there will be more plastic than fishes in the ocean. I have created this image because I want everyone to be aware of the future consequences of our actions. I did it using Photoshop CC 2018 and my tablet Wacom Cintiq 13hd. I have learned a lot since I started drawing the piece and reading about that issue. Personally I have become vegan, besides, I am going to reduce my plastic consumption. The less plastic we use, the better.
