Climate Hero: Tiza Mafira, Climate Policy Initiative
Reflection
Reflection

My artwork was inspired by a quote from Tiza Mafira, "Raise your voice, not the sea level." Words are very important for communication and delivering messages. My artwork shows that people must raise their voice to say or deliver an important message, as in this case the important message is to save the ocean. Even saying a single word about saving the ocean and passing it down to people can have great impact. It is very important to raise awareness. Words can inspire people to act in dire situations such as climate problem. Words help people come together and work as a team to achieve something big. The ones who speak up are heroes. They save the ocean by raising their voices, and passing on an important message to others.
