The whale represents the ocean. Upon closer inspection, you can see a school of fish. Because of sudden climate changes, fish are relocating to different places. A boat can also be seen on top of the whale. The whole ecosystem is falling apart because the boat cannot catch any fish. Above the boat are factory pipes, which are emitting fumes that are harmful to the environment. Everything is affected by the industrial fumes, including the birds that are drawn in the top left corner. The bottom right corner depicts forest loss. The drawing on the left has plenty of trees, and they are lush and green. The drawing on the right, however, has less trees and is more barren because climate change affects the area, along with the people who cut down trees for materials. Coral bleaching is depicted below the school of fish, caused by warm ocean temperatures . To the left, a mermaid holding a sphere illustrates global warming, causing icebergs to melt faster.
