Reflection

I created this video because I am dedicated to bringing awareness to the detrimental effects Gasparilla beads and other parade-related debris bring on the environment. I care deeply about the world’s oceans and am very concerned about the global plastic pollution crisis. With this video I hope to inspire others to take action in their own communities and to encourage behavioral and legislative changes that will result in a cleaner and healthier environment for all. I was nine years old when I began this journey, and it is my hope that I can inspire other kids to realize that they can make a difference in their community, too!
