Reflection
It’s sad to see that ocean acidification lurks in the sea but is so under the radar. That's why I decided to focus my film on ocean acidification, in hopes to educate people on its effects and ways to prevent further damage to our oceans. When researching this topic, I noticed that there was a certain phrase commonly used to describe the ocean’s continuous rise in acidification; scientist call it “The Other Carbon Dioxide Problem” (with global warming being the central carbon dioxide problem). This really struck a chord with me because it shows how we still don’t really know all the ways that we are damaging our planet.
