Reflection
This piece of artwork is inspired by what I learned in science class. I learned that land could change over time, and so I thought, "What if the ocean dried up because of global warming?" The message I wanted to send through this piece is that we need to start taking action to help our planet. I think that a small action helps too, as long if we all do it. A drop of water can't form the ocean, but billions can. In this project I learned that billions of pounds of garbage pollute the ocean, and the problem is getting worse and worse. My only hope now is that more and more people start acting, and the government finds a better way to get rid of the garbage. After what I've learned, I will pick up garbage I see and garbage of my own next time I go to the beach , eat less seafood, not buy any coral or decoration that come from the sea, and use less plastic. Also, I will encourage my friends and family to do it too.
