Reflection

When first discovering the story of Phra Mahapranom Dhammalangaro, I was curious about how he and his community could convert garbage into clothing. They first gather garbage either from the rivers or donations. The collected garbage is then flattened and fibers from the garbage are then turned into usable materials for clothing. Through my exploration of the Ocean Awareness Contest theme, Climate Heroes in Action, I learned of the many ways heroes are saving this planet, like Phra. The efforts of people like Phra give hope for future of this planet and we definitely need more people like him and his community. The main message is to show what we as a community could be doing!
