Reflection

Through this project, I was able to learn about environmental issues more in-depth and let my creative side out at the same time. I have learned things that I might have never learned otherwise: 42,000,000 trees are cut down a day! That truly surprised me! Some of the other facts that I have learned really changed my perspective on the whole matter. My creative process starts with research, I research and hunt for any information that might help me. During social distancing, it’s hard to have a whole lot of people in the same scene and in different places. So I used my dolls and created a stop motion. I was able to film my dolls in different locations around my house and my grandparents’ house. Not only was this project fun to fulfill with my family by my side, but it was also eye-opening and heartwarming. I really hope I was an inspiration to the other people around me.
