It should come as no surprise that greenhouse gases, air pollutants, etc. caused by humans have been leading the earth to decay and collapse over the years. Our planet cannot heal at a pace faster than humans destroy it. However, our last chance of preserving and mending the pieces eroding from this earth before the effects are irreversible is within our hands. My fear of how our earth is constantly deteriorating due to our detrimental effects inspired me to create a piece reflecting the measures we must take to save this planet. The most effective solution I encountered in my research was to collectively contribute to preventing more harmful emissions in the air, which I demonstrated through the diverse color of hands tending to the crumbling globe.
