When I think back on how I came up with this piece of art, I see that my sister's zealous pursuit of environmental preservation began at an early age. Her dedication to the environment was something I wanted to depict. As an artist, I am deeply interested in the arts because it allows me to express my thoughts, emotions, and perspectives in a visual and impactful way. Through art, I can communicate complex ideas and evoke powerful emotions that resonate with viewers. In this instance, my artwork seeks to uplift viewers and spread awareness of the value of each individual's contribution to environmental preservation. No matter how well known they may be on a local, national, or even global level, everyone have the ability to have a good impact. It served as a reminder to me that even the smallest gestures may have a positive ripple effect and motivate others to support the cause. I have hope for the future because of the obvious climate heroes and unseen climate heroes like my sister. Their commitment and enthusiasm have strengthened my conviction that one person can change the world. It motivates me to picture a time when more individuals take initiative and try to make the planet more sustainable. She and other climate heroes serve as a reminder that there is hope for all of us.
