Reflection

I was inspired by a girl I went to school with, and she always talked about the turtles, about how the turtles need our help. It always really spoke to me. After she told me that warmer sands could lead to the complete extinction of turtles, I knew I had to do something about this. Throughout the process of animating, and drawing turtles over and over again, I felt so bad for those poor animals. My message to the viewers is to think more about climate change. It affects everything. I’ve learned all of the ways a simple turtle’s existence as a species could be affected, and that is only one animal out of millions. I am very thankful for how important “going green” is in the current world. The increasing numbers of solar panels and wind turbines are a great start when it comes to healing the Earth that we’ve been destroying for so long. I know that, personally, I always will choose the more “green” option whenever I can. It’ll be, not only for the turtles, but for the world.
