Reflection

The penguin inspired me since they live in Antarctica where the impact of climate change is seriously shown by the melting ice and sea level rising. Before making this art piece, I was frustrated about climate change, which I still feel, but the humor that was involved while drawing the penguin and other Arctic animals enjoying surfing and waterskiing made me more positive and hopeful about climate change. My message to viewers is that the only way to really make change is to be more hopeful and active during the crisis.
