Reflection
Through my artwork, I want to depict how the rising level of global warming is affecting future generations. The current population is slowly but surely heavily polluting the environment which then gets passed onto children and teens. These group of future leaders can never see the Earth the same way as we did. As adults, we have to accept the reality that we are killing ourselves and taking the whole planet down with us. In the next passing years, the community will never get to experience what taking a deep breath of fresh air or staying home on a snow day will feel like. Because of all the pollution by factories and trash in the waters, the Earth will never be the same again. Everyone can see how our once beautiful blue and green home planet is now turning into an unstable environment. Many citizens and the government, do not realize how much we have dug ourselves into this mess, and trying to recover the planet will only get harder, eventually reaching the point where it is not an option to go back. I desperately want to help in any way: planting trees, picking up trash, and etc. If the population did simple tasks like these, our home would be in a much better situation then it is right now. Every bit of help we can get, even just one person, can make a big difference. Any action that can lead the people in the right direction is needed. It is now or never.
