Reflection

Climate change will always have an emotional impact on my life, personally. Our generation has been growing up in a broken world that was left to us from generations before us. Humans have been given warnings from Mother Nature herself and we’ve set them aside thinking they were just coincidences. My passion for animals and nature inspired this piece. I wanted to express the pain both must be feeling and have been feeling for years. Mother Nature has given us such a beautiful environment to grow in and she must be in so much anguish seeing us take that beauty away from her. As humans living on the same planet, we were given the ability to stand and protect it together. I’m ashamed of the suffering we’ve brought upon this outstanding world and the greed humans can’t seem to set aside.
