Reflection

When I think of climate change, the first thing I feel is stress. That is because many children my age have grown up with climate change. We have grown up knowing from a young age that climate change will destroy the Earth with the idea that WE have to fix it. Of course, it’s important to be educated about climate change from a young age, but it’s also terrifying to be a little kid that worries about melting ice caps. So, while older generations have probably noticed the physical changes, kids can feel mental effects of climate change. These mental effects often make us feel like the clock is ticking and that we better grow up quickly to “solve” climate change.
