Reflection
I enjoy being able to show emotions and deliver messages through art. While doing research and creating this project, learned that due to the rapid climate change, the ocean is getting warmer as the sea level is rising due to ice sheets that are melting from the increased temperature. Scientists and others knew that climate change was going to happen. But in 1988, people started to notice the global warming and the depletion of the ozone layer. Climate change is mainly caused by burning fuels, which pollute the atmosphere, and cutting down forests. All this is happening a lot quicker than we expected. Scientists estimate that we don’t have much time left to figure out a way to fix this. So from my painting, I would like to show people how important climate change is and let them know that a little contribution from everyone would be able to help a lot with global warming. I encourage people to start clubs where they all go out and share different ways people can contribute.
