Project Description: A tap, is all that is required to act. Taking care of our planet shouldn’t feel so difficult. ReLeaf Club is an app that makes taking action simple. With a single tap, convert your 1$ donation into a living, growing proof of improvement and climate action. Through this app, users can plant ocean-restoring vegetation like mangroves, kelp or seagrass. Each plant can then be tracked on a live map showing its exact location and growth. Once matured, the natural produce from these plants is transformed into eco-friendly and exciting food, health and beauty products, delivered monthly in a curated “Eco” Subscription Box. The app also features a community chat, personal forest tracker and insights into how every contribution helps build a healthier planet.

From personal experience I have often felt helpless in the face of the climate crisis. I never knew what I could actually do to help. But I always had this idea in the back of my mind, what if one tap from any phone, could cause a plant to grow anywhere in the world? And I was able to transform that idea into ReLeaf Club. I combined it with my love for marketing and added the concept of an eco subscription box, turning environmental impact into something tangible and exciting. My creative process was mainly research and design. I explored the benefits of mangroves, kelp, and seagrass, looked into existing donation models and used app design as a medium to imagine how people could feel personally invested with the plants they help grow. Through the theme Connections to Nature, I’ve realized that meaningful change starts with emotional connection. My message is simple: climate action doesn’t have to be overwhelming or out of reach. With ReLeaf Club, it starts with one tap.
