Introducing: Bow Seat’s 2025 Future Blue Youth Council!
January 8, 2025Please join Bow Seat in giving a warm welcome to the 2025 Future Blue Youth Council (FBYC)! Selected from an incredibly competitive pool of applicants, the FBYC is a group of Bow Seat alumni who work together to empower their peers to advocate for our blue planet. These 14 Council members are activists, artists, published authors, and leaders in their communities who have unique experiences creatively advocating for the environment.

The Council members will oversee the True Blue Fellowship, a by-youth, for-youth FBYC initiative that provides funding and mentorship to youth who are developing projects that address environmental challenges in their local communities through a creative arts lens. Council members will also contribute their knowledge, experience, and skills to write for our blog, increase the reach of Bow Seat’s programs, and develop new projects and initiatives of their own.
