Reflection
My work reflects the future of climate change if it were to persist: skeletons of fish and coral reefs beneath a sea level high enough to closely reflect a sky full of nothing but ashy air. All the social progress that mankind has spent deliberately crafting for generations is abandoned. It lounges idly, pondering ways to surge its own social progress. While humankind breathes life from the only source of pure oxygen, industrialization contributes to the smog of pollution, and humanity continues to prioritize its own wealth over the wealth of Earth’s vital resources. Wealth can wait, and wasting wealth to put profit and greed above the needs of life discourages the flow of ecosystems.
