Protect Our Oceans, Help Our Penguins, and Prevent Climate Change

Project Description: I have made a 3D diorama with two exhibits:
1. A trash-free plastics-free clean beach that shall be gifted clean to our future generations, and
2. An iceberg lined Antarctic water and shoreline where penguins make a plea to coexist. Representatives from different industries make pledges to make improvements to reduce their contributions to climate change.
I did not buy any plastic items for this diorama, only using compostable objects, trash, or items I already owned.

My main message to the viewers of my artwork is that climate change, if not contained, will impact the lives of future generations. Our water will dry out. The increased heat will affect the growth of crops. Deforestation will affect the oxygen supply. Our air will be dirty due to pollution. But, most importantly, our future generations will live tougher lives. This future may become irreversible as well as unavoidable if we don't take immediate action against climate change. Many plastics end up in the ocean and release greenhouse gases as they slowly break down. One way to tackle climate change as a community is to organize beach, park, or other local clean-ups. An act as small as helping pick up trash as a community can be the motivation the world needs to start tackling climate change.
