The world’s largest environmental youth program for the creative arts
Original Artist Statement

I entered this contest because I care about the ocean and the life living in it, and it’s important to remind people to stop polluting the oceans. Instead of pictures, stuffed animals, and her favorite balloon, the little girl visits the ocean everyday hoping to see the legendary humpback whale, which used to swim freely in the oceans that are now completely covered with trash and plastic.

I hope my artwork inspires others around the world to become more eco-friendly.
