Reflection

Throughout my life, water has always been a great gift. I definitely agree with an article that say “Water is what makes life possible - no other element is so universally required by living things”(Tundi Agardy, PhD). Life on earth is greatly dependent on water, since it plays so many roles such as water for drinking, traveling, and providing living space. Water is the reason I am able to live with such beautiful flowers and trees, swim freely, enjoy a nice boat trip, and say hi to marine life. In my artwork, I wanted to show the connection between water and our world. I have designed a board game with various elements that we can see during our life, and a waterway that leads to the town in the center, which represents us and where we live. Water is connected to every piece of land in our world, which makes the connection so important. If this connection is broken, it will lead to a world where no life is possible. We need to show more appreciation to water and take care of the existence that gives us such pleasant gifts and connects us all around the world.
